Graham is a graduate of NC State and Campbell University where he got his Law Degree in 1990. Graham had a private practice in Cumberland County for over 20 years before going to work there as an Assistant District Attorney for 5 years.

In 2016 he moved West and was a public Defender for Two years in New Mexico before being hired by the local DA as a Senior Assistant DA. In 2019, Graham moved back to NC to work as an Assistant DA in Robeson County. Graham became a NC State Bar Certified Specialist in Criminal Law in 2022. Graham lives close to downtown Lumberton. In his off hours, he enjoys sitting by the restored koi pond in the backyard and contemplating the ultimate golf game. Graham is married to Elizabeth Gurnee since 1989. They have two awesome children, Luna (25) and Rosie (23).
